Requirements
- More than 6 years of professional experience
- Over 2 years in project management, technical program management, or Scrum Master roles
- Experience managing sprint cycles and coordinating software delivery
- Proficiency with Jira or Linear for tracking deliveries and backlog management
- Experience with Figma for design collaboration and progress monitoring
- Experience with Coda for documentation and workflow optimization
- Strong knowledge of agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
- Ability to effectively coordinate technical and non-technical teams
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards for tickets and QA
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startups
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
- Experience in SaaS, proptech, or accelerated startup environments
- Experience in QA, product operations, or technical implementation
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Loom, Notion, and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Lead sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and review meetings
- Manage backlog, organize tickets, and maintain Jira or Linear boards
- Track sprint metrics, flag blockers, and ensure delivery aligns with scope and deadlines
- Coordinate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align scope, priorities, and status
- Organize deliveries using Figma, Coda, and Slack to support team execution
- Oversee schedules, dependencies, and deliveries among stakeholders
- Validate completed work against functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate QA and regression testing to ensure release readiness
- Support bug triage and prioritize feedback for future iterations
- Improve team workflows and documentation using Coda
- Maintain structured sprint cycles with consistent reporting and clarity
- Support agile operations by reinforcing processes that promote team velocity
