Join Pet Health market as a Lead Full-stack Engineer specializing in .NET Framework and mobile development within the Pet Health market. This senior role involves leading a small, fully remote team of four developers, with a strong focus on hands-on coding and development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for a fully remote development team.
- Serve as the primary liaison between product strategy and technical execution.
- Translate product requirements, user stories, and UX/UI designs into clear technical tasks and specifications.
- Guide architectural decisions and design solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code across the full stack, including .NET, React, and mobile platforms.
- Provide direct technical mentorship and leadership to remote developers.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine requirements, assess feasibility, and align technical initiatives with business goals.
- Resolve ambiguities and manage technical dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery of robust, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of technical leadership or mentoring experience, guiding teams on architecture and design best practices.
- Hands-on experience delivering high-quality, full-stack applications.
- Proficiency with .NET Framework.
- Experience with native or cross-platform mobile development (e.g., iOS, Android).
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React.js and Next.js.
- Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and DynamoDB.
- Ability to translate complex product requirements into actionable technical plans in small team settings.
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, QA, UX/UI, and Engineering teams.
- Ability to mentor engineers, establish best practices, and foster high code quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
